We're Hiring . . . Evaluation Partners

Here at the Hearts & Minds Partnership, we are lucky enough to be working in the beating heart of the VCSE community in perinatal mental health. And if you've ever attended any of our Conversation Spaces or been involved in our main workstreams, you will know that ongoing evaluation is such an integral part of how we operate. We are always keen to evolve the way we gauge the impact of our work, in a collaborative and transparent way.

Thanks to our recent funding from the National Lottery Community Fund, we are excited to announce that we're looking to recruit three people from the VCSE community in perinatal mental health as Evaluation Partners to support our ongoing programme of work.

These partners will work flexibly on a freelance basis to support and influence our project evaluation. We understand what a huge commitment working in the PMH VCSE sector is, so we've created this role as a paid opportunity, designed to work around any existing commitments.

This is not a role that works in isolation. Partners will have the opportunity to work alongside our evaluation consultants, Clear Impact Consulting which we're certain will cultivate opportunities for collective learning and development.

Our Evaluation Partners will co-design our evaluation work from inception to completion, focusing on the effectiveness of Hearts and Minds to deliver against its objectives and outcomes. We hope the experience will be insightful, energising, interesting and mutually beneficial.

The Partnership is already in the second phase of our work so our Evaluation Partners will be joining us at a really exciting time. It's intended that they will work with us across the rest of our current programme right up until Summer 2026. However, the initial ask is that we work together on the scoping phase, which is expected to last until the end of July this year.
