Welcome Healthcare Professionals!

At the Hearts & Minds Partnership, we strongly believe that families are served best when healthcare and grassroots services work together. There is so much incredible work being done across the NHS and there are some exemplary partnerships evolving with the VCSE (voluntary, community & social enterprise) sector.

We are excited for what this means for the perinatal mental health experience and we are committed to supporting both health and community professionals so families can access personalised, equitable care no matter where they are in the country.

Want to signpost someone to grassroots perinatal mental health support?

The Hearts & Minds Partnership does not provide services directly BUT we have created this online map page of England-wide services designed for use by you and parents themselves.

This is a great resource for add-on support or for those who perhaps don't meet the criteria of your particular service.

The groups and organisations featured on the map page provide quality support for parents and families experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties during the perinatal period.

They have been through an onboarding process with us and have been sense-checked for safety, inclusivity and quality.

Details of how groups and organisations are included in the map can be found here

We warmly welcome people from healthcare settings who have an interest in working alongside the VCSE community. Working in any aspect of perinatal mental health can be challenging and you're not alone.
