The groups represented on our online map provide support and wellbeing services to those experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties around the time of pregnancy and after birth (the perinatal period). We're a partnership of two perinatal mental health charities with more than 30 years' combined experience of growing grassroots services from scratch, as well as lived experience of the challenges faced by new and expectant parents.
